What is a Floor-plan?

It's a scaled diagram of a room / house  and It presents the relationship between rooms, furniture, spaces and shows the measurements.

Why Floor-plans?

 

Floor plans are crucial for estate agencies/ Individuals to communicate the flow of space to potential buyers or renters.

I have to visit your property to conduct a survey in order to produce an EPC. This involves making a sketch plan for my records therefore I am in  a good position to produce a floorplan as well.
