I’m David and I have been a Domestic Energy Assessor in the South Wales area since 2008. As well as providing Energy Performance Certificates I also have experience in providing inventories and floor plans.

I Provide Energy Performance Certificates to sales and letting agents and property professional as well as private individuals.

As an experienced Energy Assessor I have had experience of surveying many different types of properties and am able to offer some guidance on improving energy ratings.

EPC prices are among the lowest as, being a small business with low operating costs, I am able to pass on savings to my customers.

I think it is important to support local businesses in the community to support the local economy... most of my customers are small local businesses and individuals who I have worked with for many years

Personal service - When you book with many companies you often don't know who will attend on the day.

No upfront fees - many companies will charge the full amount on booking with no refund if the booking has to be cancelled. At Ecert I charge my fee only when you are happy with my service taking any risk out of the booking process.

I will wait for you to obtain documentation and work with you to provide important evidence to obtain a better rating - many companies will simply lodge with what the have on the day potentially effecting the rating.
